Over the past few months, Evaluate has experienced extreme latency during times of high usage.  While have not been able to completely stop this for happening, the down time has been shortened and the system is available within 30 minutes.  

 

We realized how difficult this makes it for your schools to test.  Our highest testing times are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursday, early in the month, between 9-11AM ET.  For best system responsiveness, any testing that can be completed outside of that window is helpful.  For example, we expect high testing March 5-7, between 9-11AM ET, which may lead to slowness and users not being able to access the system.

 

For the 2024-2025 school year, we are planning enhancements to our testing system approach. Once we have details, we will share that information out with all districts.
