Rollover of the system will occur the week of June 24th. During this time, the system will be unavailable. After rollover, teachers will not have access to any student data until we have set your school up for the next year. School admins will still be able to view all data post-rollover.

- Technical Specifications for Evaluate can be found on our Evaluate Support site located here. This document will list our supported browser and system settings for Evaluate. Please be sure to share this information with your technical staff. The only changes are for supported browsers.
- Testing Dates can be found on our Evaluate Support site located here. Assessments will be available from September to June. The September test will repeat in May allowing you to see a clear view of student improvement during the school year. The October test will also repeat in June.
- Fall Data–
- Please let us know once your fall data is uploaded to Clever site. Schools will be set up based on when data is available.
- Please note, there is a two-week window from the time data is shared until testing can begin. While the first tests will be available on September 1st, schools will not be able to test until we have new data and have set them up for the new school year.
- Please let us know if you have any grade-level changes.
- Please let us know you have any schools to add or if any schools are leaving.
- NOTE: While we are not able to open any assessments early, we are able to extend them to a later date. If you find you need this next year, please contact us at evaluate@catapultlearning.com.
