Unable to move to the next question Evaluate™ Assessment
If a student is unable to move to the next question in an assessment, they may need to re-load the test. This can be performed by:
1. Close the testing window - have the student close out of the testing widow by clicking the “save and close” button in the corner.
2. Reset the student dashboard - once the testing window has been closed, the student’s main dashboard will display. To refresh the page, have the student click the Home button.
3. Restart the assessment – once the screen has refreshed, the student should click the “Finish” button to load the assessment again and continue where they left off. The system will have recorded the answers to previously answered questions.
